Following the announcement of the obligatory mandate of Hajj, Rasulullah ﷺ performed Hajj once, which is also famously known as the Farewell Hajj. In this pilgrimage, he ﷺ demonstrated the rites of visiting the Ka’bah Shareef, performing the Tawaf and the ‘Sa’ee between Safa and Marwa, visiting Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, imparting advice and guidance to his companions and the ummah. Furthermore, he ﷺ taught us how to present ourselves in the court of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى to beseech his mercy through supplications.
Join us as we retrace the footsteps of Rasulullah ﷺ , his blessed family and his beloved companions, experiencing the Hajj not merely as a physical journey but as a profound voyage of the soul, designed to bring every believer closer to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى and to a deeper understanding of their Imaan. This is more than a historical recount; it is an invitation to witness the timeless legacy of the Farewell Hajj of Rasulullah ﷺ .
I am highly grateful to Hadhrat Moulana Shabbier Saloojee Sahib (Principal of Darul Uloom Zakariya, Johannesburg, South Africa) for his graciousness in sparing his valuable time to translate this book into English. May Allah Almighty reward Hadhrat with the best possible reward for his efforts. Ameen.
