In a majlis during the holy month of Ramadhan in Stanger, South Africa, in which the Author (Shaikh Muhammad Iqbal RA) and Moulana Abdul Hafeez Makki RA were present, Shaikhul Hadith Moulana Muhammad Zakariya Kandhlawi RA instructed the Author to abridge the Al-Hizb Al-Azam, for those who were engaged in tabligh, teaching and other religious services, but he did not elaborate the method of abbreviating the book.
In consultation with the Ulama, the author selected easy and short duas and rearranged the daily sections.
Some new sections were also added in this revised edition including:
1) Duas for everyday matters;
2) Awrad (routines of optional worship) of the morning and evening for the general reader and the Salikeen;
3) Forty Ahadith of Durud & Salaam;
4) Manzil for protection from spells, magic, and other dangers;
5) The Beautiful Names of ALLAH ﷻ ;
6) The Way for the person who does not have a spiritual master.
Hadhrat Moulana Muhammad Saleem Dhorat DB recommends everyone to include this compilation in their daily practices and read it with regularity.
Insha’Allah, we will reap unimaginable benefits in both worlds, as any practice carried out with continuity, however small, is very much beloved to the Creator.
