IMPORTANT INTRODUCTORY MESSAGE:

Those factors which are the most important for the elevation and fertility of Islam are called the sha’āir – distinguishing features – of Islam. From among these distinguishing features, one of the most important is adhān.

This booklet was prepared in order to fulfil this need so that one can at least be apprized of the majesty and sanctity of adhān and iqāmah.

The adhān is generally regarded as merely a call to salāh but in reality, the secret of the loftiness and elevation of the Muslims is concealed in it. The adhān is not merely an announcement for salāh but is in fact an open invitation to Islam five times daily in every place.

It is for this reason that the shayātīn (satans) flee from the sound of adhān. Satanic effects are removed and the limitless mercy of Allāh descends, the details of which you will find in this book.
